We manufacture steel coats, drum coats, cable drums, drum bodies, cargos from 500 mm in diameter and material thicknesses from 10 mm according to our own proven technology. Execution by cold or hot method according to UDT regulations or other requirements. In consultation with the customer, it is possible to manufacture from structural steel or boiler steel.
Steel constructions
Ball mills are made according to the customer’s requirements and agreed with ZKS. Mills are offered in diameters up to 5.200 mm. Mills are intended mainly for the cement industry, lime industry, and aggregate industry.
As part of our production capabilities, we also manufacture more or less complex steel products, such as:
- elements of pipelines;
- constructions for the permanent casting line of steel so called COS;
- Rotary towers;
- chimneys;
- bodies;
- Pipe masts;
- rings;
- cones;
- sleeves;
- flanges;
- Other.
