Ferrum WSC has been renowned for high quality products. We know our customers’ needs and therefore the high quality level is our standard. Our new customers are free to feel that our products meet their strictest requirements both technical and quality-related.

We all work for our products best quality and feel responsible for it.

We have assumed transparent qualitative goals which we try to accomplish through:

• seeking sustainable development bearing the natural environment in mind,
• environment protection through elimination of dirty technologies,
• implementation of climate-friendly technologies,
• recycling of raw materials,
• reduction of waste generation.

We operate based o­n the principle of customer satisfaction, therefore, we adopt very strict qualitative requirements regarding our products. Consequently, we undertake series of actions, such as:

• operating control,
• three-step product quality control,
• product control o­n acceptance,
• visual inspection,
• magnetic-powder tests,
• X-ray tests,
• ultrasonic tests,
• penetration tests.

We have implemented our own quality policy and a series of certificates and authorisations. The quality policy presented below has been developed for the benefit of our customers in order to comply with their most demanding requirements and ensure high quality of our products/services.
